This policy applies to all apps, extensions and websites published by Tararir4 EAS (“we”).

Who we are

Tararir4 EAS, based in Paraguay, is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. Contact: [email protected].

What data we process

• Data you give us: what you send us by email to support or legal (your email address and the content of your message).
• Purchase data: in-app purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never receive your card number; we receive a transaction identifier and the product purchased so we can unlock it.
• Technical data: some apps record crashes and anonymous usage statistics to fix bugs. Each store listing states exactly which data that app collects.

How we use it

To provide the service you asked for, answer your enquiries, unlock purchases and improve our apps. We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

With the providers we need in order to operate (Apple, Google, hosting and email services), under their own policies, and with authorities when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

For as long as you use the app or the relationship lasts, and afterwards for the period required by Paraguayan legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data by writing to [email protected]. We reply within 30 days. This policy is governed by the personal data protection rules of the Republic of Paraguay, including Law No. 7593/2025 on Personal Data Protection from its entry into force; if you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the rights granted by the GDPR.

Children

Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

We will publish any change on this page along with the date it was updated.
